Hi, I did in fact get mvc working, although I’ve long since abandoned working with nHibernate, due to the medium trust thing. the bits are working with MVC 1.0 release, using linq to sql to talk to a go daddy sql server database. I used a stock mvc project, then went to the references section and marked the following assemblies as copy local:

system.web.routing
system.web.mvc
system.web.abstractions

Aside from hardcoding the connection string for release targets in my repository class, that’s about it. I’m using a godaddy unlimited shared hosting account, for what its worth. Considering moving hosting providers, but sitting on godaddy for the convenience and price factor.

Hi, Very useful, thanks Did you get this working? I want to run nhibernate on Go Daddy but have a feeling the whole medium trust thing (and lack of .net 3.5 assemblies on go daddy) will get in my way… again.
